Naturally, the combination of the 7 spices is a closely-guarded secret but I could detect hints of rosemary and cloves in it. The spice marinade was not too heavy to overwhelm the natural flavour of the lamb. Grilled to a medium well done-ness, the lamb chop retained a tender juicy texture." #throwback
